Some people have a habit of bringing their stress from the day into their homes. Don’t be that person! Nothing is worth stressing or ruining the few hours you have left to yourself. When you get home leave everything behind the door and close it. Take care of yourself. Make yourself tea. In fact make your black tea and brew it with fresh mint (you can thank me later). Yes, it’s got a great taste and it has a way of calming you down. Take a moment and write all your thoughts. Keep a journal, but don’t forget to mention the good things throughout your day. Day by day you can look back and see how the good outweighs the bad. Get your things for the morning organized. If you do them the night before, you won’t have to stress or rush it in the morning. And finally stretch! Unclench your jaw and release your shoulders. Do a few stretches for your back and legs. And when you have a goodnight sleep you’ll see it was all worth reading 🙃
