Here is a Monday evening workout tip. I personally love using the Swiss ball in my workout. Not only is it fun, but it’s great in toning the body. Here are some things the Swiss ball helps with:
-Improves your balance.
-Strengthens your core and and back muscle.
-Relaxes you spine.
-Improves posture.
-Helps strengthen upper and lower body muscles.
