Monday Motivation:


Lately, I’ve lost all motivation, especially the motivation to exercise. I know I’m not the only one out there. So what do we do? How do we get ourselves back on track? Sometimes we need to take a break which is totally fine. But once we let ourselves get consumed by our mind, it will effect our body too. To gain a happier mind, you got to feel good physically. Some tips to get yourself back on track:

1) Accept the fact that you are your most valuable investment. So invest in your mind and body!

2) Set a goal. Challenge yourself to reach that goal. You are your biggest competition after all.

3) Think about how good and energetic you can feel after a workout. Get tired of feeling tired. 4) Get yourself a motivated workout buddy. They can help keep you on the right track.

5) Start slow, add on to your workout day by day. Don’t scare yourself going all in at once.

6) Think about your future self. Don’t let yourself give up on you.

As I use this little list to motivate myself, I hope it can motivate you too! If you have any tips feel free to add it on! This girl can use all the motivation she can get!
