Long Day?

Hello you beautiful souls! It has definitely been a minute since I’ve last posted 🤭 It’s been a long and very hot day so I thought I’d share a few things you and I both definitely deserve!

~Take a moment and lie down while you have your feet up against the wall

-This will help you relax, lower anxiety and bring your heart rate to a healthy pace.

~Try meditation! It’s definitely hard to quite your mind during the day, but with a nice meditation you can help clear your mind. (For beginners definitely use guided meditation)

~Take a cool shower. Cool off the heat and feel refreshed!

~Eat a cold sub or a salad. Your appetite might be off due to the heat but definitely make sure you get something in your system!

~Write down your thoughts for the day and plan your schedule for tomorrow. ~Take a few moments and read either a novel or magazine of your pick and let your mind live in the pages.

~And finally just cool down and head to bed because you deserve that rest!
