Lie your head back

I came across this quote on my drive home from a weekend getaway. Sometimes, we don’t realize how much a little break from life could refresh us both mentally and spiritually. In this wild wild life there is no harm in slowing down and living in the moment. Slow down and feel the pleasures of life that we were gifted. Take a moment and be thankful for life, for the ups and downs, and for your strength.
