Sometimes we aren’t ok and yes it is totally normal not to be ok. We don’t have to fake it or pretend it. After all, we are HUMAN. We have feeling and emotions. We go through things and sometimes we just aren’t ok. There is nothing wrong with this. But if you decide to hide from your emotions or dig deeper in them, that is an issue. Feel what you need to feel. Go through it, but refuse to stay in it or drown in it. If your aren’t ok, it’s ok, but don’t ever stop pushing yourself to be ok. Keep on working on your mind and soul. You will be ok, eventually we all will be ok.
