Daily Check:


At the end of each day when you finally get home and ready to unwind, do these five things for yourself:


1. Ask yourself what was the best part of your day? Don’t think about the bad part of the day! Leave that behind the door as you walk into your home. The best part of the day can be something huge like a promotion, or something simple like the taste of your morning coffee! Regardless of what it is, focus on it!


2. Name five people in your life that you are thankful for. Not everyone stays. A lot of people will be a part of your life and then walk out when things are inconvenient for them. But those who stay, They chose to stay. They are there for you no matter what comes in the way. Be thankful for them. Be thankful for the ones who are more action then they are words.


3. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how proud you are. Sometimes we got to hear it from ourselves how far we’ve come.


4. Set yourself a goal for the next day. Either a health goal, a house cleaning goal, or a goal at the job. Any kind of goal. Set it and promise yourself! You will achieve it tomorrow!


5. Wash today off and relax into the moment.
