The first step of good physical and mental health is breathing. Learn to really breathe. Feel the air filling your lungs when you breathe in and leaving when you breathe out. Breathing is so natural to us that sometimes we forget to actually feel it. Pause from life and just stop where you are. Take the moment to really breathe. Feel the breathing and enjoy this simple act of life. You matter and so does each breath that you take. Never forget that.
